We have a strict policy against de-matting. At our groomerās discretion, we can potentially save certain areas of your dogās coat that are not too close to the skin or painful for them. Our three-step conditioning bath process works wonders in helping to loosen tight coats and packed undercoats. If it is deemed that your dog is too matted, we will let you know that a full shave-down is necessary. We do not shave dogs down for ANY reason other than the coatās condition at check-in, and we will keep you fully informed throughout the process ā no surprise shave-downs here!
